Chaos' Aqua Terror Spell

Name: Aqua Terror

Effect: Summons a incredibly large wave of water, drowning any heavy opponents, damaging any kind of enemy, or forcing the light enemies to swim, unless they can fly.

Description: Offence. A quick flash of blue wavy water appears and strikes the opponent very hard and flooding the entire area. (This spell is especially effective with multiple opponents.)

History: The ninth spell taught to Chaos by Sanctus before he died.
